1. Our building is now connected to the addition via a doorway on level one, at the bottom of the stairs. It was fun to be able to peek through to the new world on the other side (doesn't it look big?!).
2. The cement floor for the level one addition was poured the day after this photo was taken, so the floor inside the addition is no longer dirt. This is especially exciting because they've been trying to pour this floor for 2 months, but it's been too wet due to rain and snow.
The pouring was no simple business, as you can see below. The cement goes from the cement truck into the crane, then all along that long arm and into the building.
