Actual Walls (and a Sign)

This week we have the first section of actual concrete wall made with the moulds. Using these moulds is a new technique for the guys - they are enjoying figuring it out, and it looks like they got it right! You can see that they've rounded the first corner there.

They are using a very tall crane to help them with the process!

Also, we finally have a project sign up to show passersby what our finished product will be.

We are all looking forward to the long weekend, including the construction workers. Although when you have handy skills, you don't always get to escape work on the weekends. One of the men is spending his long weekend renovating his mother's bathroom. Hopefully the rest of us will get to relax!
