New Music Classroom

This is a peek down the hallway from the current building (demarcated by that thick cement wall on the right side) into the addition on the first floor. We are looking into the doorway of the new 80 person music classroom. As you can see, it's going to have gorgeous big windows to let in lots of natural light, even though it's on the first floor. The trades have been hard at work inside the building this week. The hallway has been tiled and pretty soon the carpet will be laid in the classroom.

It's been a little chillier these days and with the big, drafty addition feeding onto our building, it's been hard to keep things warm! The word is that the addition is very close to being able to fire up their own boilers, so we'll all rejoice when that day comes.
